Purchase options cancellation policy

FrostAxe subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Customers can manage, pause, skip, or cancel eligible subscription orders through their customer account when those options are available.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel or update the subscription before the next billing date. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment.
