Shipping policy

We currently ship FrostAxe orders to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international shipping are not available at launch.

Standard shipping is $8 for eligible one-time orders. One-time orders of 2 tubs or more qualify for free standard shipping.

FrostAxe subscription orders include free standard shipping for all recurring subscription shipments in the contiguous United States.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by carrier, weather, volume, or other events outside ZRK's control.

If you entered an address outside our current shipping area, checkout may not offer a shipping method. Contact support@zrk.life with shipping questions.
